| The study presents an analysis of the coordination between the cassava's producers and the cassava's processors industry located in the west of State of Parana (Brazil). In a few years this chain became dynamics because of many factors, such as the institutional that is the most important one. In the last years it was verified a large volatility in cassava's production and price, that compromised the chain performance, mainly the cassava's starch modified production and price, which has high aggregate value. One of this oscillations cause, among other reasons was the lack of coordination between agents. | O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar as exportações brasileiras de carne de frango no período de 1996 a 2006, bem como a tendência que vem acontecendo nos últimos anos em relação a uma possível mudança no perfil do produto exportado, de maneira a verificar se a cadeia de carne de frango paranaense, mais especificamente da Mesorregião Oeste do Paraná, tem se adaptado a essa demanda em ascensão. Primeiramente, é feita uma análise sobre a evolução da produção mundial do produto, caracterizando a exportação, importação, consumo e os países envolvidos que mais se destacam em relação a essa cadeia produtiva. | This study, in the light of transaction cost theory, has assessed the contractual relationships, eliciting the contracts in the Brazilian agribusiness. By using the transaction attributes in their main vectors of the features in which give the possibility to design the government structure of the lower cost. The contracts present a government structure, which when they are widely considered to represent a variety of agreement among the economic agents. | This article discusses the deliberations of the Sectional Council of Productive Chain of Sugar and Alcohol of Agricultural, Live-stocking farming and Supply Department. The main actions of the Council is study occurred in the sense of requesting alters in the technologic, institutional and organizational environment aiming a fall of dealing costs, mainly in relation to the informational level of the members. Through the multivariate analysis, it is noticed that most of the meetings of the Council deals with the requests in relation to the alterations in the institutional environment, mainly to what relates to the taxes aspects. |
